What's the Difference between a Retreat and a Quiet Day?
A quiet day is a half-day or single-day experience that includes silent periods for individual processing and reflection after each offered module.
A retreat can be one, two, or more days and can include many different experiences. Retreats by Garden of Grace fall into two general categories: some retreats primarily focus on restoration and rejuvenation, and others primarily focus on deep soul work and healing. However, Lori will work personally with you to ensure the right balance between the two, and select the right experiences for your group, so that your retreat will be exactly what you, and your community of women, needs.
